I am incredibly blessed to have the opportunity to travel the world, both domestically and internationally. Many of my fantastic experiences occur when I am out of the country. I have a massive amount to share from my visit to Italy. Unfortunately, there is no way to include hundreds of photos in a few posts. Nor do I choose to keep the details of my extraordinary travels all to myself. NOWAY! So, here goes: EXPLORING ITALY PART 1 – JEWELS OF ITALY.

As I reminisced while collecting photos for this post, I understood why it was named The Jewels of Italy. It was the perfect name because I stepped my pretty little feet on several cities' soil, such as ROME, PISA, FLORENCE, VERONA, and VENICE – OMG, there were countless jewels. However, I saw many stylish decorative objects uniquely designed from various delicious foods, massive architectural structures trimmed with gold, extraordinarily bold and colorful artwork, delicately carved landscapes, and diverse mixed cultures. It was and still is beyond words.

Moreover, I am beyond excited to share one of my many obsessions. What is it? I am obsessed with architectural details. While in Italy, I saw many, each with a unique style, ornate and intricately carved details, and varying heights, widths, and vivid colors. They were and are, indeed, works of art.
