‘TIS THE SEASON: DRESS FORM CHRISTMAS TREE
/Can you believe that I am posting on a Saturday? It is Christmas, and everyone spends time with their family and friends. How dare I do such a thing? I know, and I get it, but I had to post for the holidays. I have been crazy swamped, and besides, just in case you need a quick read over the holiday weekend, I've got you covered. All you need now is a cup of hot cocoa with marshmallows or a cup of tea with a hint of honey.
While brainstorming a color scheme earlier this year, I knew it would be subtle yet contrast with a dominant color. The colors I chose are blue-green, teal, and gold. It is simple but aesthetically pleasing. The sweater is teal, and the scarf has hints of teal and pink. The bottom part of the tree (representing the skirt) features gold accents.
Many gifts are wrapped in gold-striped and snowflake themes, while a hue of blue is for the others. It became more about simplicity and finding beauty in the most minor and limited way. As I walk by or in my living room, I see the straightforward style for this beautiful holiday season, creating a warm, cozy, and Christmassy atmosphere.
It is stunning. Yes, I am blushing. It is classy, elegant, and statement-making, and has taken center stage in my living room as the focal point.
Until next year, smile daily, be grateful, give thanks, stay content, and love unconditionally. And make sure to incorporate abundant joy, comfort, and peace.
